How you cook dinner in Fiji This is the traditional way the food is cooked. Laid on Hot coals and then covered with banana leaves and sand. The person standing on the hot coals is giving a demonstration of Fijian strength. |

Lighting the Beacons The generators get turned off at 10pm, so you need some light to get around. |
